REGRA Pilot Affiliate Terms

1. The program

REGRA Digital Business LLC (“REGRA”) pays a commission to approved affiliates who refer new businesses that subscribe to REGRA Pilot. Current REGRA Pilot customers join from their panel; anyone else applies at /partners and is approved or declined at REGRA’s discretion.

2. Commission

• A fixed commission of $45.00, paid once per referred business, after that business’s first subscription payment is confirmed by PayPal.
• A business counts as referred only if it signed up through your link or entered your code at sign-up. Each business can be credited to one affiliate only; the first valid referral wins.
• The amount in force on the day the referred payment is confirmed applies. Changes to the amount never affect commissions already earned.

3. Hold period, refunds and chargebacks

Each commission is held for 30 days after the referred payment. If that payment is refunded, reversed or charged back during the hold period, the commission is cancelled.

4. Payment

Released commissions are paid in US dollars through PayPal to the PayPal email you provide, once your released balance reaches $40.00. You are responsible for keeping that email correct and for any taxes on what you receive.

5. Disclosure — required

Wherever you share your link or code — websites, social media, video, email, messages — you must say clearly and close to the link that you earn a commission, for example: “I get a commission if you sign up through my link.” A disclosure hidden in a profile, behind a “more” link or only in hashtags is not enough.

6. Not allowed

• Referring yourself, your own business, or accounts you control.
• Spam, or messages sent without the recipient’s permission.
• False or exaggerated claims about REGRA Pilot, including promises of income or results.
• Presenting yourself as REGRA, or using REGRA’s name in ads, domains or paid search keywords.
• Fake sign-ups, forced clicks, hidden links or any trick to get credited for a sign-up you did not cause.

REGRA may review how you promote REGRA Pilot. Commissions from referrals that break these terms are cancelled, and REGRA may pause or end your participation.

7. General

You are an independent party, not an employee, agent or partner of REGRA. REGRA may change or end the program; changes are posted on this page and apply to referrals made after the change.
